Why Does My Boyfriend Sleep So Much

My boyfriend sleeps really well. He goes to bed at 10 pm and gets up around 6 am. I don’t know what is going on! Why Does My Boyfriend Sleep So Much Is he sick? Maybe he is depressed? What should I do?

I have been dating my boyfriend for about two years now and we are both 21. We live together, but I am not sure if we are exclusive yet. I haven’t had sex with him yet, but I want to. I love his body and I think he feels the same way about me.

But I feel like I need to wait until we get closer before having sex. When we first started dating, I was sexually active, but I haven’t done anything since then. I am not sure if I am ready or if he wants to have sex, though. Should I ask him? If I do, how am I supposed to know if he is really down to try something sexual with me?

I am worried that I might hurt myself if I let him touch me. I have never had sex before, and I don’t know if I will be able to handle it. I am scared that I won’t enjoy it. I want to make sure that I am ready for sex before I start doing it. I’m still figuring out who I am and what I want. I’m confused about whether I’m ready or not and on top of that he sleeps so much which made me so confused.

Apparently, there can be many scenarios for why my boyfriend sleeps so much!

So if your boyfriend/husband sleeps too much, don’t worry! It is not bad for him. In fact, it is good since he will probably feel healthier and happier.

But if you are a guy who doesn’t get enough sleep, then you might want to consider taking some action. Like something to help you sleep better.

Have a regular bedtime schedule. If you go to bed at 10 pm and wake up at 8 am, then you should set your alarm for 2 hours later (10 am). You should aim to get 7-9 hours of sleep each night.

Don’t use electronics near bedtime. Your phone, tablet, computer, etc. should be put away at least 30 minutes before bedtime.

Avoid caffeine after noon. Caffeine is a stimulant and causes insomnia. Try drinking decaf coffee instead.

Exercise regularly. Exercise increases serotonin levels in our brains, which makes us sleepy.

Relax before going to bed. Take a warm bath, read a book, listen to calming music, meditate, pray, write down goals, etc.

Sleep on your left side. Sleeping on your left side keeps your blood flowing towards your heart, which prevents heartburn.

Get rid of clutter. Clutter creates anxiety, which makes you tired.

Reduce light exposure at night. Light suppresses melatonin production, which is the hormone responsible for making us sleepy.

If he sleeps too much after all this and still feels tired around you then Here are some tips to help you get him motivated and back on track:

Make sure he is eating breakfast – he should be having 2 meals per day

Make sure he isn’t skipping workouts – they both benefit him physically and mentally

Don’t let him smoke pot after he gets home from work – he will be tired and won’t be able to focus
